Admission Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or older and meet Pratique’s general admission requirements:

Completed admission application

Official high school transcript or GED scores

New student orientation and personal admission interview

Valid Social Security card

Valid government-issued photo ID
-
Criminal background check
-
Current TB test or chest X-ray
-
Access to a Wi-Fi-enabled device and basic web browser experience

Applicable non-refundable registration fee
Medication Aide applicants must also have an active STNA status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry and provide required health documentation before clinical activities.
Nurse Aide applicants do not need prior certification, licensure, or registry status.

Enrollment Process
Complete your application, submit your required documents, complete your interview and orientation, and finish the required Ohio student disclosure course before enrollment.
